Renting our studio

Con Brio's Front Hall is available for rent. The room is large, approximately 600 square feet. It has high ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows, and beautiful art work! The room comes equipped with a grand piano (cannot be removed), and the option of up to 65 matching chairs. The rental of this room includes the use of the waiting room/ reception area, (approximately 350 square feet, hardwood floors, a sofa, chairs, a table and a working fire place), a small kitchen (bar fridge, sink, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) and a bathroom.
